Having trouble with our online forum?
Most of the forum issues we get are usually "Cookie"-related.
A "Cookie" is a small file that is saved to your computer everytime you view a new webpage.
Using cookies enables pages to load faster the next time round and for quicker use of things like forums and forms. For example: Whenever you click the "Remember Me?" box next to your login, a cookie is made so that you don't have to type in your username everytime you want to login! Sometimes these cookies can confuse browsers (Firefox/Internet Explorer) especially if the website is changed on a regular basis!
(All the information stored by these cookies stays only on your computer, and is not used and/or seen by any other computer)
The following instructions allow you to clear the cookies from your computer and start a fresh!
